The Screening Software at a Glance
The portal can verify up to twelve factors per candidate, ordered à la carte: Canadian criminal record (processed by a police service through the CPIC database), credit report, driver’s licence validity, employment and salary confirmation, diplomas, professional references, Quebec civil court records, social media and online reputation. Every criminal record check comes with an original certificate, similar to our police certificate, which serves as official proof of verification.
Candidates confirm their identity online through a questionnaire developed with Equifax Canada, so there are no ID photocopies to collect and no unsecured email exchanges. On your side, you only need to provide the candidate’s name, phone number and email address. The platform can also be white-labelled with your logo and colours, so candidates feel they are dealing directly with your company.

Can we meet your team in person before signing up?
Yes. We welcome employers by appointment at our Longueuil office to demo the platform, answer your questions and review your screening needs. A remote demonstration is also available if your managers work from several locations around Greater Montreal.
Is there a minimum screening volume?
The platform adapts to your hiring pace. Billing is per verification, based on your actual usage, and a fee schedule is prepared according to your estimated annual volume. It works for a small business that hires a few people a year as well as for organizations recruiting year-round.
How does the portal fit into our hiring process?
Once your account is open, you submit each request online with the candidate’s contact information. The candidate receives a secure link by email, and initial results reach you within the following business hours, usually within 2 to 4 hours. A single invoice between $100 and $1,000 covers implementation and basic training for your team.
