What the 360° Investigation Covers
The mandate brings together several layers of verification. Fingerprints are taken and submitted to the RCMP for a criminal record check that includes an advanced search of pending and past charges, litigation and civil court dockets. We then validate academic diplomas, competency cards and professional certifications, contact randomly selected professional and personal references, pull a complete credit file with an evaluation of assets, and review the individual’s footprint on public media and social networks.
An experienced investigator conducts a security interview, and a reliability questionnaire covers family relationships and the person’s immediate circle. Verification by an accredited polygrapher is available as an option. Our agency holds a licence from the Bureau de la sécurité privée and treats every file with strict confidentiality. Full details on the process and rates are on our 360° security investigation on an individual page.

Frequently Asked Questions in Quebec City
Is an in-person visit to your Lebourgneuf office required?
The initial consultation can take place at the office or by phone, whichever suits you. When fingerprinting is part of the mandate, the candidate must come in person for that step. Your advisor will tell you from the outset exactly which stages require a visit and which can be handled remotely.
Do you serve Lévis and the south shore of the St. Lawrence?
Yes. We regularly work with clients from Lévis and the Chaudière-Appalaches region. The office is a straightforward drive via the bridges and Autoroute Laurentienne, and once a file is open, most follow-ups happen by phone or email, keeping travel to a minimum.
Will my request stay confidential?
It will. Private investigators are bound by a code of ethics and by professional secrecy at all times; the information collected is never disclosed outside the mandate. Certain checks, such as fingerprinting and the credit file, require the consent of the person concerned, and your advisor will explain the applicable legal framework during your consultation.
