For high-security positions, several additional AI-powered verification factors are available. All criminal background checks are processed through a police service via the CPIC (Canadian Police Information Centre) database. Our online services allow you to obtain results within hours.

The Three Secrets Behind Our Pre-Employment Solution
Our first secret lies in our ability to identify candidates online. Gone are the days of scanning ID cards, manual signatures, witness requirements, or unsecure email exchanges. Candidates are identified through a dynamic questionnaire generated by our verification partner based on their unique personal records. Our platform was co-developed by our team and a firm specializing in secure web development. The solution has obtained all necessary legal and security authorizations from various police departments and Equifax Canada, strictly following the requirements of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Our second secret—or innovation, if you prefer—is that the platform can be fully white-labeled with your logo and brand colors. Your candidates will always feel they are dealing directly with you, entrusting their confidential information to your company rather than an unknown third-party firm. This branding option is entirely optional but available to enhance your professional image.
Our third secret is our flexibility. Only criminal record checks must be processed through our system; these are always accompanied by an original certificate that serves as official proof of verification. For all other services—such as credit reports, driver’s licenses, and professional references—the choice is yours. You can have us handle the processing, or you can manage those verifications yourself, depending on your specific internal needs.

A customized contract and a detailed service fee schedule can be produced based on your specific needs and your estimated annual volume.
Rates: A one-time setup fee between $100 and $1,000 will be issued to cover implementation and basic training. This includes access to our customer service throughout the year during business hours.
Our billing system is based on a per-verification rate, calculated according to your actual service usage. You can monitor your billing data directly within the application, where a detailed report is generated to provide you with permanent access to this information.

Are you compliant with Law 25?
Yes. We are also accredited by the RCMP, and we meet all the requirements of the law.
How long before I get the results of a pre-employment or pre-rental screening?
Your employee must complete the online form via the secure link sent by email. Once the form has been received, the initial results will be sent to you within the following business hours, usually within 2 to 4 hours, and within 24 to 48 hours for in-depth analyses.
What do I need to provide?
Once you have obtained authorization from your candidate, simply submit the request through our portal. We only require their name, personal phone number, and email address. We take care of the rest.
How does billing work?
Two billing options are available:
- Monthly : Payment by credit card, direct deposit, or cheque.
- Per Request : Payment exclusively by credit card.
What should I do if the person I want to screen does not have an email address?
Simply enter your own email address to receive the form, which you can then fill out in the person’s presence.
Can you verify information other than criminal records?
Yes, we also offer credit checks, driver’s license and driving record verifications, employment references, educational credentials, Quebec civil records, social media analysis, online reputation analysis, and banking analysis.
What are your prices?
The cost per request varies depending on the volume and the specific services required. Certain packages may be available directly through our website.
