Following the announcement by Premier François Legault concerning the closure of non-essential products and services companies, you should know that ACCÈS IDentité et Investigation Inc. remains operational during the Covid-19 crisis since we are an essential service in civil security.
However, we must temporarily close our Terrebonne branch as a preventive measure and according to the recommendations of Public Health.
However, the majority of our services can be done remotely except for fingerprinting where you must absolutely make an appointment with us. All precautions will be taken on our side regarding the Covid-19.
Our private investigation department remains fully operational and we remain at the disposal of organizations that require our services to assist in civil and public security.
